Harvest Crust was built on a single conviction: that baked goods produced for wholesale don’t have to feel industrial. When our founder set up the first stone-deck oven in 2018, the goal wasn’t scale — it was quality.
Today we operate an 18,000 sq ft certified facility producing over 20,000 units daily. We still proof our doughs by hand and test every batch against our reference specs.
