Our Beginning
Founded in 2018 with one stone-deck oven
Harvest Crust was built on a single conviction: that baked goods produced for wholesale don’t have to feel industrial. When our founder set up the first stone-deck oven in 2018, the goal wasn’t scale — it was quality.
Scale came because our partners demanded it. We grew our facility, expanded our team, and built our production systems — without ever changing the way we approach the product.
Today, Harvest Crust is a six-product-category bakery with over 40 SKUs, a certified facility, and more than 200 wholesale partners across hospitality, foodservice, and retail.
